Yoga

Breath and movement. New to the mat or twenty years in, you're welcome.

Mobility

The work that makes everything else easier. Move well now, keep your joints for later.

Strength

Real, usable strength. The kind you need carrying groceries up four flights or holding yourself up in a handstand.

1:1 Training

Just you and me. We work on what you need, at your pace.

Virtual Sessions

Can't make it in person? Sessions over Zoom work the same way. Bring a mat and some floor space.

Corporate Wellness

I bring a session to your office. 30 to 60 minutes, no equipment, your team gets up from their desks.

Meet Alli

Hey, I'm Alli. I got into this because I needed something that felt like mine, not someone else's idea of what wellness should look like.

Now I teach yoga, mobility, and strength to people who want the same thing. You don't have to be flexible or fit. Show up and we'll figure out the rest.

I work with beginners, athletes, and seniors. Toronto in person, anywhere over Zoom.

Common Questions

Do I need experience to start?

Nope. Total beginners welcome. We start with what you can do today.

What should I wear or bring?

Whatever you're comfy moving in. I have mats and props for in-person sessions. For virtual, just a mat and enough room to stretch out.

Where are classes held?

In-person sessions happen at different studio spaces around Toronto. I also come to you for private sessions and corporate stuff. Virtual is over Zoom.

How do I book?

Just text me, email me, or send a DM on Instagram. We'll chat about what you're looking for and find a time that works.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. 1:1 is most of what I do. We can meet in person or over Zoom.

What's the difference between yoga, mobility, and strength?

Yoga focuses on breath and postures. Mobility opens up your joints so everything else feels better. Strength is functional power, the kind you use day to day. Most sessions blend all three.

Do you work with seniors or beginners?

Yes. A lot of my clients are seniors or just getting back into movement. Wherever you're starting from is fine.

What is corporate wellness?

I come to your office and run a movement session for your team. 30 to 60 minutes, works in any space, anyone can join no matter their fitness level.
